Meet Viola
With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed the expertise and skills needed to deliver exceptional results, even for the most discerning clients.
I started my career in my teens, working as a server and bartender at various events under the guidance of highly disciplined yet incredibly creative professionals—many of whom remain close family friends to this day.
In 2003, I became a chef at a small but exceptionally busy European restaurant in Chicago, where I mastered the art of cooking from scratch using the finest available ingredients.
Since 2009, I have served as a Banquet & Catering Manager, overseeing the execution of more than 300 diverse events annually. By managing multiple teams and projects, I ensure the highest level of service and seamless event execution.
My passion for design and décor is infused into every event I create. With my dedicated team, we deliver exceptional experiences and ensure every event is a seamless success.
